You've built something real. Now the business needs to catch up.

Operational complexity turned into structure, leverage, and better decisions.

At a certain stage, the way you built it starts working against you.

Decisions pile up — and most of them still require you. Execution becomes inconsistent, even with a capable team. Priorities feel urgent but never fully land.

Priorities feel urgent but never fully land.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for founders who already have traction and feel its weight.

You have a business with momentum, a team with capability, and complexity that doesn't stop growing.

You can see the gap between how the business runs today and how it needs to run at the next stage. You're honest enough to know that you're often part of what's slowing it down. And you want someone who will challenge your thinking, not confirm it.

If you're looking for a strategic equal who works inside the business, not just advises from the outside, this is the right conversation.

Structure replaces pressure. Execution replaces urgency.

HOW I WORK

I work inside the business. Not at a distance.

I don't deliver recommendations in a slide deck. I step into the operating core — where decisions are actually made.

I look at how priorities get set. Where execution consistently breaks down. What depends too much on the founder. What's quietly eroding margin and momentum.

Then we redesign how the business runs so growth no longer requires your constant presence to function.

I work inside the business. Not at a distance.

20+ years inside founder-led and international businesses.

always where decisions carry financial consequences.

I started in commercial and brand operations — running Swatch across seven countries in Latin America, reporting directly to Swiss HQ, responsible for budgets, teams, and markets that rarely moved in sync.

In 2016 I co-founded PAUSE — a sustainable fashion platform connecting 300+ designers globally across twelve events in New York, London, Paris, Barcelona, Brussels, and Amsterdam. We partnered with the UN's Fashion 4 Development initiative at London Fashion Week. Built on conviction, acquired in 2020. And it taught me exactly what founders learn too late: the thing that gets you to traction is not the thing that makes traction sustainable.

After that I ran operations inside fast-moving European startups — leading cross-functional teams across eight countries, building operating models from scratch. Most recently as COO of a Zurich-based investor network operating across Europe.

Today I work with founders through selected engagements and as part of Toptal's top 3% of management consultants globally.

I've been the founder who didn't have the operating model. I've been the operator brought in to build it.

That's a specific kind of experience. And it's the one that matters most in the room.

COMPANIES & PROJECTS

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Three ways to work together depending on where you are.

  • Ongoing embedded partnership

I work alongside the founder and leadership team on an ongoing basis, bringing structure, strategic clarity, and operational discipline to the business. Best for: companies with real complexity that need consistent, senior-level operational and strategic support.

  • Deeper operating partnership.

A more embedded engagement across strategy, systems, team alignment, and execution design. Best for: businesses where growth has clearly outpaced the operating model and the gap needs to close fast.

  • Focused, time-bound intervention

A defined engagement for a specific moment, restructuring, transition, margin pressure, or a critical decision. We identify what's breaking, what's unclear, and what's unsustainable and implement structural fixes.

* Engagements begin with a 3-month term, then continue month-to-month. I work with a small number of companies at a time.

If your business is growing but becoming harder to run, not easier, let's talk.

This isn't a pitch call. It's a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether there's a fit.
