I ran retail operations for Swatch across seven Latin American countries, reporting directly to Swiss HQ. Co-founded PAUSE — a sustainable fashion platform connecting 300+ designers globally, acquired in 2020. Served as COO of a Zurich-based investor network operating across Europe. Selected by Toptal as part of the top 3% of management consultants globally.
I've been the founder who didn't have the operating model. I've been the operator brought in to build it.
